Neuromodulators Wash Park, Denver

Botox®, Dysport®, and Jeuveau® are used to smooth, lift, and balance while preserving natural expression.

Each treatment is precisely mapped and tailored to your facial anatomy. The result is refined enhancement that never looks frozen.

Neuromodulators, commonly known by the brand names Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau, are FDA-approved injectables that temporarily relax targeted facial muscles. The result is softer expression lines, less visible wrinkles, and a more rested appearance, without compromising your ability to express yourself naturally. At Theresa Carrie Aesthetics in Denver's Wash Park, every treatment is performed by Theresa or Kristin, both board-certified nurse practitioners.

What to Expect

Your provider will sit down with you to discuss your concerns, priorities, goals, expectations, and budget. A comprehensive facial assessment will be performed to evaluate facial movement, muscle strength, and balance

Education is a key part of the visit; your provider will explain how neuromodulators work, your unique facial anatomy, which areas may benefit, and what results to realistically expect. A personalized treatment plan will be created collaboratively, with ample time for questions

If appropriate, you will receive your neuromodulator treatment (Botox, Dysport, or Jeuveau) during the same visit

Results typically begin in 3 to 5 days, with full results developing over two weeks. A two-week follow-up (in-office or via text) is completed to assess results and make any needed refinements

For optimal, consistent results, treatments are generally recommended every 3 to 4 months.

How We Approach Neuromodulator Treatment

The difference between Botox that looks great and Botox that doesn't is rarely the product. It's how it's placed.

Theresa's approach is anatomy-first. Before any units are drawn, she's evaluating how your forehead lifts, where your brow sits at rest versus when you raise it, how your crow's feet pull when you smile. Some faces benefit from softer relaxation across the upper third. Others need precise placement to avoid dropping the brow. The plan is built around your face, never a chart.

Most patients see results within 5 to 14 days, with full effect around two weeks. Treatment lasts up to four months, though this varies based on dosing, the area treated, and your individual metabolism.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau?
All three are FDA-approved neuromodulators that work the same way, temporarily relaxing targeted muscles to soften lines. They differ slightly in onset time, spread (each has different diffusion characteristics), and dosing units. We'll recommend the right one for your anatomy and goals during your consultation.

Will I look frozen? No.
The goal is softened expression, not no expression. Conservative dosing and precise placement allow you to still raise your brows, smile, and look like yourself — just more rested.

How long does treatment take? Most appointments take 30 to 45 minutes, including consultation, facial assessment, and injection. Injections themselves take less than 10 minutes. Aftercare is minimal.

When will I see results?
Most patients notice changes within 5 to 7 days, with full effect at about two weeks. Results typically last up to four months.

Is there downtime?
Minimal. You may have small red marks at injection sites that fade within an hour or two. Rare bruising can occur. Most patients return to normal activity right after their appointment, with a few common-sense restrictions for the first 24 hours.

How much does it cost?
Pricing is $4.50 to $14 per unit depending on the product. We'll give you a clear estimate before any injections.

Do you accept new patients?
Yes. New patients are seen by appointment only. Booking is available online, or you can text the practice at 720-281-9551 with questions.
